Uso de un set de indicadores para medir el impacto en los proyectos de investigación de Ingeniería Agrícola de la Universidad Agraria de La Habana

Abstract
La medición del impacto de las investigaciones científicas es un tema de importancia en la actualidad, dado que, de su cumplimiento, se derivan luego una serie de decisiones sobre política científica y sobre la orientación del trabajo en beneficio de la sociedad. En la Universidad Agraria de La Habana se desarrollan aproximadamente sesenta proyectos de investigación en el año y no existe hasta el momento un procedimiento estandarizado que permita, mediante indicadores, prever y medir el impacto de sus resultados. El presente trabajo se analiza, cómo se realiza la previsión, el diseño y la medición del impacto de los proyectos ramales de ciencia y técnica de ingeniería agrícola, se sitúan las principales deficiencias en este proceso y se establece un Set de indicadores que permita estandarizar el proceso para ayudar a la subsanación de sus deficiencias.
