Servicios de mecanización: introducción en Venezuela de la experiencia cubana.

Abstract
El concepto cubano de la responsabilidad del Estado en la ejecución de las tareas inherentes al desarrollo de la mecanización agropecuaria mediante una estructura de apoyo a esta actividad como parte de un servicio social no existía en Venezuela. El trabajo presenta los resultados de la participación activa de los especialistas cubanos en la introducción de su experiencia en la creación y puesta en marcha en ese país de Unidades Territoriales de Servicios de Mecanización, de las cuales en solo dos años se han inaugurado 16 ubicadas en 13 estados, con instalaciones definitivas o provisionales. La diferencia en los modos de la propiedad sobre la tierra en Venezuela hizo que la organización de las unidades no se prestara como en Cuba con maquinaria de las unidades productivas existentes, sino mediante la creación de una Empresa nacional independiente.
