Abstract
Population aging is a phenomenon that humanity faces today and from which Cuba is not exempt. Returning to work after retirement is not an isolated case, but rather the urgent and necessary solution to the deficit of qualified personnel in both the business and budgeted sectors. One of the sectors that in Cuba has benefited from the participation of older adults, already retired, is Education. At the educational level, Technical and Professional Education (ETP), the need for teachers due to the exodus abroad and to better paid sectors, the lack of training of professionals from the Pedagogical Sciences to undertake ETP in the territory and the arrival The retirement age of the most experienced teachers has generated the need to reincorporate or hire the latter who today must face the transformations of a world marked by advances in information and communications technologies, an adolescence as different as their historical moment and an Educational System in the midst of a Third Improvement in which important transformations are occurring. For all of the above, it is necessary and urgent to carry out an analysis in relation to the management of aging teaching human capital (GCHDE) of the ETP Eduardo Solís Renté of San José de Las Lajas in Mayabeque.
