Abstract
Se determinaron las características de la superficie acanterada de interés para el diseño de los implementos que participan en la preparación localizada de suelo arcillosos pesados. Los resultados indican que la altura promedio del cantero en campos entre seis y siete años fue de 0,17 m y el ancho promedio desde el tope a alturas de 0,05; 0,1 m y en la base de 0,50; 0,71 y 0,85 m. La distribución de la cepa sobre el cantero desde su centro y en el plano transversal a 0,15; 0,35 y 0,45 m en 10 m lineales fue de 54,3; 31,9; y 13,8% respectivamente. El modelo que se ajusta para determinar la altura del cantero en función de la distancia horizontal es: Hc = 0,016 - 0,358*DH + 2,048(DH)2 + 2,276(DH)3 – 0,711(DH)4.
