Disruptivas, tendencies and opportunities franchises for Cuba en the 2025

Abstract
The present article, springs up of a marked interest for analyzing the processes of disruptiva innovation as a strategy in the franchises that challenged the traditional norms of the market, these franchises are accustomed to make good use of the technology, changes in the conduct of the consumer or new tendencies to offer products or services of an differente way. The work outlines analyze the commercial and managerial adaptability by delineating the model of business by taking the important aspects to adapt them to our country, by having the disruptivas franchises a potential to transform several aspects of the Cuban economy, from the creation of employment to the modernization of the market, as long as implementing correctly and they adapts oneself to the local context, I can represent an opportunity in your process of economic opening, represent a so much touching opportunity for franchisees to consumers, since offer alternating cool airs and relevant in a world in constant change. The development of disruptivas franchises in Cuba can have a positive impact in the economy, the society and the managerial development, when fomenting the innovation, the competence in the market and the labor trainings, the improvement of the quality of products and services, the internationalizing of the enterprises and the development of the local talent, by promoting a more conscious and adaptive focussing in the managerial world.
