Influencia de la Canavalia ensiformis (L). D.C en la actividad biológica y distribución de los agregados del suelo en un área dedicada al cultivo del tabaco

Abstract
inocular y el testigo conformado por el suelo en barbecho. Se deter minaron los contenidos de materia orgánica (MO), respiración basal edáfica (Rb) y la distribución de los agregados del suelo resistentes al agua. La variante donde se inoculó la canavalia con HMA alcanzó los mejores resultados en los indicadores de respiración basal, contenido total de materia orgánica y la distribución de los agregados del suelo resistentes al agua. Los resultados indican que el tiempo que se dejan expuestos estos suelos a los factores climáticos en el proceso de preparación, puede anular los efectos positivos de los cultivos alternos en el mejoramiento de los indicadores evaluados.
