Abstract
El Sistema Automatizado FOTOCAL, realiza el cálculo de las dimensiones y la generación de electricidad del modulo fotovoltaico que se necesita para la demanda energética según la situación que se plantea, además establece el precio de la tecnología requerida. Con los resultados obtenidos de este software, es posible establecer los recursos económicos para la implantación tecnológica propuesta. Este programa ha sido utilizado para la determinación del potencial energético solar fotovoltaico de instalaciones agropecuarias, proyectos de investigación científica, tesis para la obtención del titulo de Ingeniero Mecanizador, maestría y trabajo de diploma.
