Las propiedades biológicas del suelo e influencia de enfermedades para definir la zona de aplicación del laboreo localizado en los suelos arcillosos pesados

Abstract
Se estableció un experimento sobre un suelo arcilloso pesado para definir la aplicación del laboreo localizado en la hilera de caña o en el entresurco el efecto del laboreo localizado del suelo en la hilera de caña o entre hileras, teniendo e cuenta las propiedades biológicas del suelo y la incidencia de enfermedades. Se evaluaron: población total de bacterias, hongos, actinomicetos, actividad respiratoria, incidencia de Ceratocystis paradoxa y Leifsonia xyli subsp. xyli; encontrándose que: la población de bacterias y actinomicetos totales mostraron diferencias significativas en la hilera del surco respecto al entresurco en 32·105/g de suelo y 5,2·104/g de suelo respectivamente; no se encontró diferencias significativas en la población de hongos totales en ambas zonas estudiada y si en la actividad de los microorganismos de la hilera respecto al espacio entre hileras en 0,41 Meq de CO2/100 g de suelo; no se encontró incidencias significativas de Cerotocytos en las variantes de preparación de suelo ni de Leifsonia xyli subsp. xyli. Desde el punto de vista de las propiedades biológicas y la incidencia de enfermedades del suelo es posible aplicar el laboreo localizado en la hilera de caña en dichos suelos.
