Didactic material for the training of teachers and instructors of companies in contents of professional pedagogy in the context of practical teaching

Abstract
The objective of this research was to contribute to training in technical-methodological aspects of professional pedagogy and the development of practical teaching, in particular, engineering graduates who are trained as university teachers of technical sciences, to enrolled students. in the courses of mid-level teachers in technical specialties for the (ETP) and instructors of the companies where students develop their work and pre-professional practices. The following were used as scientific methods: the observation of practical activities in different academic and work environments, the interview with teachers and instructors of the companies and the pedagogical test on the performance of the students in terms of practical skills and habits. The inadequacies of the training were revealed and the usefulness of the proposal formulated was corroborated.
