El presente artículo, surge de un marcado interés por analizar los procesos de innovación disruptiva como una estrategia dentro de las franquicias que desafían las normas tradicionales del mercado, estas franquicias ofrecen productos o servicios de manera diferente, lo que suele llamarse la dignificación de productos tradicionales, aplicando la innovación. El trabajo plantea analizar la adaptabilidad comercial y empresarial delineando el modelo de negocio tomando los aspectos importantes para adaptarlos a nuestro país, teniendo las franquicias disruptivas un potencial de transformar varios aspectos de la economía cubana, impactando en su tendencia la creación de empleo y la modernización del mercado, siempre que se implementen adecuadamente y se adapten al contexto local, pudiendo representar una oportunidad en su proceso de apertura económica tanto para franquiciados como para consumidores, ya que ofrecen alternativas frescas y relevantes en un mundo en constante cambio. El desarrollo de franquicias disruptivas en Cuba puede tener un impacto positivo en la economía, la sociedad y el desarrollo empresarial, al fomentar la innovación, la competencia en el mercado y las prácticas laborales, la mejora de la calidad de productos y servicios, la internacionalización de las empresas y el desarrollo del talento local, promoviendo un enfoque más consciente y adaptativo en el mundo empresarial.
